Availability of Prospectus & Admission Forms

  • The School Prospectus and Admission Forms are available at the school office during the months of February, March, April, and June for the upcoming academic year.
  • The school does not support registration a year or more in advance.

Admission Test Schedule

  • Admission tests are generally conducted in the months of February, March, and June.
  • Admissions to Classes X and XII are not permitted.

Registration Process

  • A non-refundable and non-adjustable registration fee must be submitted along with the completed registration form for each student.
  • Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee admission. Admission is granted strictly on the basis of performance in the entrance test.

Required Documents for Admission

At the time of admission, the following documents must be submitted:

  1. Proof of Date of Birth
  2. Latest Progress Report
  3. Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school
    • If the student is coming from a school outside Uttar Pradesh, the Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the District Inspector of Schools from that state.

Note: The student’s name and date of birth as mentioned in the Transfer Certificate will be treated as official and cannot be altered later by the school.

Attendance Policy Post-Vacation

  • If a student fails to return within three days of the scheduled reopening after vacation without prior written approval from the Principal, his/her name will be struck off from the school rolls.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission

  • Admission for students from all boards (CBSE/ICSE) will be based on their cumulative academic performance over the past four years.
  • The student’s overall attitude, discipline, attendance, and consistency in performance will also be considered.
  • Appearing for an interview and counseling session is mandatory for selected candidates.
  • For admission to Class XI, if the student does not meet the required criteria in the entrance exam, they must opt for an alternate stream.
  • All admissions are subject to the discretion of the school management.
  • Admission seats must be confirmed within 7 days of result declaration. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation.
  • No new admissions are allowed in Classes X and XII.
  • Fee refunds are non-litigable.
  • A hosteller cannot switch to day scholar status during an ongoing academic session. If done, the full hostel fee for the entire session will be charged.
  • The school reserves the right to revise fees and amend rules as and when necessary.
