Fee Refund & Withdrawal Policy – Madhuvan Global Academy
If a parent voluntarily decides not to proceed with admission after depositing the admission and registration fees, no refund of these fees will be entertained. Additionally, the parent will be liable to pay three months’ tuition fees in lieu of notice.
The registration and admission fees are strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable, under all circumstances.
If a parent wishes to withdraw their child from the school, they must submit a written notice to the Principal at least three months in advance. Failure to provide the required notice will result in an obligation to pay the full tuition fee for the current academic session.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
No legal claims or litigation regarding fee refunds will be entertained under any condition.
Strict disciplinary action will be taken against any student found using unfair means during tests or examinations. Repetition of such behavior will result in mandatory withdrawal from the school.
